Our firm provides courses on Monegasque Employment Law at the University of Montpellier.
The purpose of this degree is to allow students, who have completed a Master’s degree level or have a professional experience of 5 years in Monaco, to acquire the necessary knowledge of the Monegasque employment law to meet with the expectations of the economic actors of the Principality.
During the academic year, wa have given lectures about the following topics :
- The grounds for suspension of the employment contract ;
- Personal data protection and employment law ;
- Social disputes and practice of litigation before the Labor Court.
