Gautier Barat advises and assists financial institutions in all types of civil, commercial, criminal, regulatory and cross-border litigation. His practice also covers a wide spectrum of criminal and regulatory issues ranging from economic sanctions to the fight against corruption, money laundering and terrorist financing. He also advises various economic players in complex cross-border debt recovery (protective and enforcement measures).
Marion Cabanès assists our clients in their real estate law matters, with a strong focus on litigation. She handles contentious matters relating to commercial and residential leases, liability and compensation for any dispute involving underlying real estate, construction, as well as pre-litigation and transactional work in all areas of real estate law.
Alexia Delaunay advises our clients on all types of real estate matters. With her expertise in economic and business law, Alexia is particularly involved in all types of leases, transactions involving real estate assets and rights, real estate audits, business transactions with an underlying real estate component, and the regulation of the real estate industry in Monaco.
