Laurence Clapier is Counsel in the Employment Law team.

With over 15 years' experience in Monegasque labor law, Laurence has acquired expertise in anticipating and managing social risk (individual and collective labor relations).

She advises and assists employers in the Principality of Monaco in labor and social security law, in the advisory and pre-litigation phases, as well as in the litigation phase before the courts.
