For more than fifteen years, our Employment Law team assists and represents Monegasque employers - both businesses and private individuals - in litigation, pre litigation and advisory matters, to design and implement labour relations management strategies. Where necessary, we draw on the combined expertise of our various practice groups to offer a fully tailored service (Corporate/M&A, Banking & Finance, Private Client).

Our team is composed of specialists in Monegasque law, with a high level of technical expertise and professional maturity, and a strong awareness of the specific challenges faced by each industry sector.

We regularly assist our clients in assessing their options for any dismissals, redundancy plans and negotiated settlements, drafting employment contracts that are tailored to the requirements of their business, putting together complex compensation and benefits packages, addressing non-compete and non-solicitation issues, and more generally all documentation in relation to individual employment relationships. 

We also assist employers in the implementation of social dialogue with staff representatives and trade unions, in collective negotiations and drafting collective agreements, and more generally, all documentation in relation to collective employment relationships.

Finally, we assist new companies wishing to set up and expand in the Principality of Monaco with their employment related needs (registering with social security organisms, hiring employees, assisting with contractual transfers of employment contracts), as well as companies and institutions already present in Monaco with the implementation of employment restructuring, particularly during mergers, acquisitions, sales, etc. generating job transfers or collective (or individual) redundancies with (or without) voluntary redundancy plans.
