Arturo is a senior associate at CMS Woodhouse Lorente Ludlow and is part of the practice area focused on projects and infrastructure. He specializes in public bids, concessions and infrastructure development under public-private partnership schemes. Arturo has served as director and deputy legal director in companies in the energy and infrastructure sector, mainly in the highway sector, as well as in the Energy Regulatory Commission (Comisión Reguladora de Energía).
He has participated in the development of highway projects with both the federal government and various states, as well as midstream oil and gas and power generation projects.
