Arturo has served as director and deputy legal director in companies in the energy and infrastructure sector, mainly in the highway sector, as well as in the Energy Regulatory Commission (Comisión Reguladora de Energía).
He has participated in the development of highway projects with both the federal government and various states, as well as midstream oil and gas and power generation projects.
