CMS advised Corendon Hotels & Resorts on various agreements, including franchise agreements, in relation to the rebranding of five hotels in and around Amsterdam to Marriott brands. The five hotels will be operated under four Marriott brands: Autograph Collection, Tribute Portfolio, Residence Inn by Marriott and Fairfield by Marriott.
Corendon’s The College Hotel will continue as an Authograph Collection hotel as of today. Corendon City Hotel and Corendon Plaza Hotel are currently undergoing renovations and are scheduled to open as Tribute Portfolio hotels under the names ‘Corendon Amsterdam Nieuw-West’ (Corendon City Hotel) and ‘Corendon Amsterdam Schiphol Airport’ (Corendon Plaza hotel) in the course of 2023. The other two hotels, both located at the Corendon Village, will become Residence Inn and Fairfield hotels respectively (both intended for long stays).
