Dena Mokhberolsafa is partner and member of the Corporate/M&A practice area group of our firm in Amsterdam.

Dena specialises in cross-border M&A, structured joint ventures and private equity transactions. She has advised strategic parties and private equity firms on a large number of transactions in several sectors. Dena has a particular expertise in the Hotels & Leisure as well as the Life Sciences & Health sectors.

Dena has been with CMS since 2015.
