CMS advises Airvance on the sale of UltimAir and VentiDirect

CMS has advised Airvance Group SAS on the sale and transfer of UltimAir B.V. and VentiDirect B.V. from Swegon Nederland B.V. to Airvance Group SAS. Airvance Group SAS is a leading French wholesale specialist. Swegon Nederland, as a market leader in indoor climate technology, focuses on delivering sustainable total solutions that combine a safe and healthy indoor climate with optimal energy efficiency.

UltimAir’s strength lies in the combination of technical expertise and high-quality logistics services.
