Carola de Bruijn is an attorney-at-law within the Corporate/M&A practice group of our firm.

Carola is specialised in corporate and company law. She is involved in national and international mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures and advises companies, multinationals, private equity and family offices.

Carola has been with CMS since 2022 and previously worked as an attorney-at-law within the Corporate/M&A practice group at an international law firm.
