CMS advises Alphatax on its acquisition of Intra Pricing Solutions

CMS has advised Alphatax on its acquisition of Intra Pricing Solutions. Intra Pricing Solutions develops TPGenie, an all-in-one transfer pricing platform that helps multinational organisations and advisors simplify transfer pricing compliance through intelligent automation.

Alphatax is the leading provider of tax compliance software across the UK, Ireland and Europe. This acquisition accelerates Alphatax's vision to bring together connected technology to help multinational organisations manage compliance more efficiently across the entire tax lifecycle. It also strengthens Alphatax's ability to help customers reduce audit risk, simplify transfer pricing compliance, improve governance and control, and harness AI to increase efficiency.

The Dutch CMS team was led by Dena Mokhberolsafa and further consisted of Niels de Vries, Iris Zeilstra, Dominique van Duijn and Anne Fleur Krijthe, together with the CMS London team of Ben Booker-Moore and Nathan Camisa-Jest.
