CMS advised IHCP on several agreements, including a cooperation agreement, lease agreement and franchise agreement, in relation to the transformation of the Muzentoren in The Hague into a hotel. The Muzentoren is property of Deka Immobilien.
IHCP shall transform the former office building into two hotels with approximately 300 rooms. Following the transformation, the Muzentoren shall be operated as a Moxy hotel and a Residence Inn hotel (brands of Marriott).
The Muzentoren is one of the most characteristic buildings of The Hague’s skyline. The building is located in the city centre of The Hague.
