CMS advises Kadans on green financing for The Bridge at Utrecht Science Park

CMS has advised Kadans on a Green Term Facility Agreement with Rabobank for the development and refinancing of The Bridge, a landmark property at Utrecht Science Park in the Netherlands.

The facility will finance the redevelopment of the existing buildings into a state-of-the-art multi-tenant laboratory and office building with a BREEAM Excellent certification. Utrecht University will be the tenant of the property.

CMS advised Kadans on all legal aspects of the financing. Other parties involved in the transaction included Rabobank and DLA Piper.

The CMS team was led by Etiënne Courbois and further comprised Mathijs van der Veen and Ya-line Moes.
