Ya-line Moes is a member of the Banking & Finance practice area group of our firm in Amsterdam.
She is active in Transactional Banking. Ya-line advises amongst others on national and international financing transactions in terms of corporate finance, real estate finance, asset finance and leveraged finance. She advises in particular banks and companies and focusses on the (cross-border) financial transactions sector.
