CMS has advised the shareholders of Milthor B.V. on the sale of Classicus Private Insurance to the Irish insurance broker Ardonagh Group. Classicus Private Insurance is a high networth individuals insurance broker and is a specialist in the field of insuring exclusive property such as classic and luxury cars or yachts.
The acquisition of Classicus Private Insurance by Ardonagh Group is the latest in a series of acquisitions by Ardonagh Group in the Netherlands including the acquisition of the Léons Group on which CMS has also advised the selling shareholders.
