CMS assisted Sucres & Denrées (Sucden), a market leader in the global business of sugar, headquartered in Paris, on the acquisition of Amsterdam based Nedcoffee. The transaction includes Nedcoffee Singapore, Nedcoffee Indonesia, Nedcommodities India and Nedcoffee Vietnam.
This acquisition will enable Sucden to successfully pursue its growth in the global coffee market.
The team was headed by Mark Ziekman and further comprised Jacqueline Feld, Dena Mokhberolsafa, Roderick Nieuwmeyer, Edmon Oude Elferink, Pauline Toet, Herman van Aerts, Paulus van den Bos and Martijn van der Bie.
