Melle Boevink joins CMS as a counsel

Melle Boevink joins CMS a counsel on 1 October. With his arrival, CMS further strengthens its growing Dispute Resolution practice area group.

Boevink is a specialist in the field of international arbitration and complex commercial disputes. For over ten years, he has advised and represented companies, financial institutions, states, and state entities in strategic and cross-border disputes, both in proceedings before state courts and in arbitration. In addition, he has extensive experience with proceedings concerning the annulment, recognition, and enforcement of arbitral awards and foreign judgments.
