Erik is a member of our Corporate/M&A practice group. His practice focuses on complex domestic and cross-border corporate work, both transactional and advisory. He advises corporates, investors, organisations, family-owned businesses and entrepreneurs on transactions, corporate structures, governance matters and strategic partnerships. As a corporate civil-law notary, Erik is uniquely positioned to provide integrated corporate law advice, including notarial services.
Erik combines in-depth knowledge of Dutch corporate law with a pragmatic and problem-solving approach.
Erik has been with the firm since 1998 and was appointed partner in 2008. He has served on the board of directors since 2016 and took on the role of managing partner in 2023.
