Erik Vorst is a notaris and member of our corporate practice. He has a broad expertise and extensive experience in the areas of joint ventures, private equity, group structures, mergers and acquisitions, investment funds, corporate governance, family-owned companies and management and employee participations. His other focus areas include cooperatives, associations, foundations and partnerships.
Erik is a lecturer at the vocational training courses for civil law notaries.
Erik started his career with CMS in 1998. He was appointed partner and civil law notary in 2008. As of 2016, Erik is also a member of our board of directors.
