Menno Keuper and Maurits van Dijk join CMS as counsel
CMS is be strengthened by the arrival of two counsels as per 1 March 2026. Menno Keuper joins our Litigation practice and Maurits van Dijk moves to our Tax practice group. Their appointments align with CMS’s growth ambition to further expand its position as a leading international law firm.

Menno Keuper
Keuper is an experienced litigation lawyer with more than ten years of experience in corporate and commercial litigation. He litigates on contractual disputes, post-M&A disputes, attachment and enforcement matters, and corporate governance, including in preliminary relief proceedings and cases before the Enterprise Chamber.
Keuper on his move: “Disputes can be resolved in various ways. What is even better is to identify and manage new legal conflicts at an early stage. In my experience, it helps to take your work very seriously, but yourself not too much. This approach fits well with how CMS operates. I look forward to being part of the rapidly growing litigation practice and to contributing to its further expansion.”
Maurits van Dijk
Van Dijk has extensive experience in international tax law and specialises in Dutch corporate income tax and dividend tax, and the international and EU legal aspects thereof. Maurits advises investment funds and multinationals on international structures, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and real estate transactions, and corporate reorganisations.
Van Dijk on his move: “The combination of high-quality legal services with CMS's open and personal approach really appealed to me. I am very much looking forward to this new step and am keen to contribute to the further expansion of CMS's Tax practice group.”
