CMS has advised Invesco Real Estate on the sale of the Andaz Amsterdam Prinsengracht hotel to First Sponsor.
The Andaz Amsterdam Prinsengracht is a five-star lifestyle hotel located in the historic canal district of Amsterdam. The hotel, designed by renowned Dutch designer Marcel Wanders, features approximately 120+ rooms and suites and is known for its distinctive, contemporary design inspired by Dutch heritage, as well as its vibrant hospitality offering including a restaurant, bar and wellness facilities.
The CMS team comprised Roman Tarlavski, Dena Mokhberolsafa, Maarten Feenstra, Niels de Vries, Elisabeth von Meijenfeldt, Jenny Noordermeer and Laurens Boers.
