Femke Stroucken is partner and notary of the Real Estate & Construction practice area group of our firm in Amsterdam. She is co-head of the Real Estate & Construction group in the Netherlands.

Femke specialises in property and area development, from transformations of vacant office buildings to turn-key new constructions. Femke also advises in international commercial real estate transactions and real estate funds (buying and selling, restructuring and financing). Femke assists with asset registration with the Dutch land registry and advises on structuring ownership and usage rights under Dutch law.

Her clients include national and international investors and banks, project developers and government institutions.
