Jesper Vrielink is a member of the Intellectual Property practice area group of our firm in Amsterdam.

He advises and litigates in the field of intellectual property law, focusing on trade marks, design rights, copyrights, trade names, patents and the protection of trade secrets. In addition, Jesper also advises on IP-related aspects of transactions and IP-related agreements. The clients served by Jesper are active in sectors including life sciences, consumer products, technology and media.

Jesper also publishes regularly on various topics within the field of intellectual property law.

Jesper has been with CMS since 2025. Prior to that, he worked for four years as a solicitor at NautaDutilh.
