Jildau Yilmaz is counsel and member of the Real Estate and Construction practice area group of our firm in Amsterdam.
She specialises in construction law and public procurement law. Her practice encompasses litigation, contracts and advisory work. Jildau was seconded in 2016 to the Dutch Railways as an in-house counsel, where she advised on numerous public procurement law matters.
Jildau lectures on procurement law, including at the Institute for Construction Law (IBR).
Jildau has been with CMS since 2010.
