Oskar van de Weijer is a partner in our Litigation and Insurance Practice Area Group. He specialises in liability claims and insurance disputes. He advises insurance companies, D&Os and multinationals with a focus on the insurance sector.

Oskar advises on and litigates in extensive liability claims in international disputes and complex policy disputes. He has been involved in several major issues in the insurance practice over the last year, in particular in D&O, PI, construction and financial institutions matters. Oskar also regularly advises in relation to W&I insurance and in (D&O) insurance matters in insolvency.

Oskar has been with CMS since 2018 after having worked as an insurance lawyer at another law firm for five years.
