CMS advises Capreon on the acquisition of New Babylon in The Hague

CMS has advised funds managed by private equity firm Capreon on the acquisition of all shares in the capital of PFA Dutch Commercial Real Estate Low B.V., the owner of New Babylon in The Hague, from PFA, Denmark’s largest pension fund, and HANNOVER LEASING, a German-based investment and asset manager. The New Babylon complex, located immediately next to The Hague Central Station and housing more than thirty companies, comprises approximately 49,000 square meters, of which 41,000 square meters are office space in Center Offices and City Offices, and 8,000 square meters are ground-floor commercial space.
