Peter Soede graduated with distinction from Utrecht University in 1988. After working for a year in the Netherlands Antilles (St. Maarten), he joined CMS.
Peter is a partner of the Litigation & Insurance Practice Group and focuses mainly on complex legal procedures, liability law, and national/international arbitration and mediation. Clients are usually national and international companies, foundations and government bodies. Swift and results-oriented solutions to conflicts is the aim, without avoiding going to court if necessary.
