Tessa Penninks works as an advocaat in our Banking & Finance Practice Area Group and is a member of the Financial Services Team.​

​Tessa is particularly involved in the preparation and review of contractual documents in the fields of banking conditions & products, financing, payment services, leasing and securities. In addition, she advises a wide range of financial institutions in disputes and litigation in these areas and advises on (cross-border) financial regulatory, market-entry, compliance and anti-money laundering regulations.
