Tijmen Brüne is partner and member of the Real Estate and Construction practice area group of our firm in Amsterdam.

He specializes in real estate transactions and project development. Tijmen advises investment funds, project developers, corporates, and retail companies on both acquisitions and disposals, lease agreements, development agreements and other real estate transactions related documentation.

Tijmen has been with CMS since 2021 and previously worked as a real estate lawyer (advocaat) at another international law firm in Amsterdam.
