Wouter Jans is a member of the Antritrust, Competition & Trade (ACT) group of our firm in Amsterdam.
He focuses on all areas of competition law and advises on matters including cooperations between companies, merger control and abuse of dominance. Wouter has experience with both administrative and civil proceedings in the field of competition law. He also enjoys providing compliance training for clients.
Wouter has been with CMS since 2025. He was previously employed at other law firms where he also worked on competition law matters.
