CMS advises EuroEyes on the acquisition of FYEO
CMS has advised EuroEyes International Eye Clinic Limited on the acquisition of all shares in FYEO Europe B.V. and its subsidiaries, inter alia from private equity investor Committed Capital.
FYEO is active in refractive surgery (laser eye surgery and lens implantation). EuroEyes, founded in 1993 by ophthalmologist Dr Jørn S. Jørgensen, is a leading international specialist in refractive surgery, with more than 30 years’ experience in laser eye and lens implantation treatments for sharp vision without glasses or contact lenses. With more than 30 clinics in Germany, Denmark, China, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, EuroEyes has built a strong global reputation for high-quality care, innovation and specialist expertise in refractive surgery. By joining the EuroEyes global platform, FYEO will integrate its deep local Dutch market presence with EuroEyes internationally renowned ophthalmology offering.
