Peter primarily works with contract law and dispute resolution, in particular related to board member liability, guarantees, loans, investments, claims for damages and disputes between shareholders. He has extensive experience solving complex disputes regarding investments, board member liability, lease contracts, major construction projects and sale/purchase of real estate. Peter has acted as counsel for several major Norwegian and international clients.
