Matias is a senior associate in Kluge's Real Estate and Construction Department, and his primary field of work relates commercial real estate, such as advisory services related to lease and development agreements. Matias regularly argues before the courts and possesses significant experience with dispute resolution in construction projects. Matias also assists startups in the technology and industry sectors.

In addition to being a lawyer in Kluge, Matias is affiliated with the University of Tromsø, the Faculty of Law, as an examiner, and a member of the board in Ungt Entrepriseforum, which is an arena for young professionals within the fields of real estate and construction projects.

Matias is a former research assistant at the Institute of Private Law, where he wrote his master thesis on developmental faults in construction law. In 2016, Matias published a book on the collision of rights in different assets. The book was published in second edition in 2018.
