Henrik has extensive experience in the firm and will strengthen the partnership within dispute resolution and IP/tech. Henrik has broad expertise in intellectual property law, where he works with dispute resolution and strategic advice in connection with contract negotiations and tech transactions.
Henrik joined CMS Kluge after completing his studies in 2016 and has since risen through the ranks to become a partner. We got to know Henrik during his studies, when he was an intern for two periods and then had a scholarship position in connection with his master's thesis.
It is a great honour to be able to develop lawyers from within our own ranks. Henrik brings knowledge and capacity to the partnership in one of our key focus areas, which has seen significant growth both in Norway and internationally, and which will also be important in the future.
