We are very happy to welcome Torill Hasle Aamelfot as new partner in CMS Kluge.
Torill comes from a position as partner in Deloitte law firm, where she has been a partner for 24 year. She assists public and privately owned businesses in finding tax and company law solutions for group restructuring, in connection with transactions and in property development projects. Torill has extensive experience in real estate, working with the largest property developers in the country with the structuring of development projects.
In CMS Kluge, Torill will work with tax and indirect tax matters, as well as corporate real estate, with a focus on property development.
We are pleased to have Torill join the team. She will add important knowledge, experience and capacity to these important focus areas for CMS Kluge.
