Naja Dannow

Naja Dannow is head of CMS Kluge's department of Real Estate.

Dannow primarily works with transactions/M&A and has in recent years focused particularly on real estate transactions, including leasing agreements and agreements regarding purchase/sales/development of real estate.

Many of the assignments within real estate is related to complex real estate transactions and leases, including rental of commercial buildings/premises/hotels to be constructed, rehabilitated or otherwise adapted for the tenant. Dannow also assist in a number of projects within property, including the negotiation and drafting of agreements, shareholder agreements etc. between the parties in the project.

Within traditional transactional work Dannow assists at all stages of a transaction process, including counseling related to the selection of transaction terms, contract negotiations, due diligence, company formalities, and execution and settlement. In addition Dannow has particular expertise in corporate governance, including public forms of business organization, and further in directors' liability and professional liability.
