Gulsvik is one of the country's leading procurement lawyers, top-ranked by both Chambers (Band 1) and Legal 500 (Leading Partner), where he assists both the contracting authority side and the supplier side in disputes before the courts and KOFA (the Norwegian Complaints Board for Public Procurement), as well as in major procurement projects.

He is currently a board member of KOFA.

Gulsvik is one of three co-heads of CMS international Aerospace and Defence group, where he assists Norwegian and international suppliers to the defence sector.

Gulsvik has also worked across a number of sectors, including in particular health, transport, ICT, construction, and waste.

Lectures list

Alf Amund is a lecturer and examiner at the law faculties at the University of Oslo and the University of Bergen. He holds annually courses for JUS, including an update on KOFA practice at the annual procurement seminar. In addition, he regularly holds various courses for clients.
