Alida is affiliated with CMS Kluge's IP, technology & EEA Department. She assists both private and public clients with advice and dispute resolution in public procurement, competition law and property and construction law.
Alida has a master's degree from the University of Oslo. She wrote a master thesis on the relation between companies' duty of disclosure according to the Competition Act section 24 and the protection against selfincrimination.
