Anders Elling Petersen Johansen

Anders Elling P. Johansen has broad and long-term experience in real estate and contract law. He assists clients with advice within all aspects of matters related to real estate, and has been involved in a number of large and complex real estate projects and transactions. He assists both landowners and developers. Experiences include e.g. work with contracts, determination of rights in the land, circumstances related to the public sector such as planning and building law issues, organization of property, sectioning, purchase / sale and tenancy law. Johansen also has experience with structuring construction projects. He is also authorized as a real estate agent, so that he can take care of the settlement function in connection with the completion of transactions.
