Anders Stenbrenden is head of CMS Kluge's department of Employment Law.
Stenbrenden has more than 11 years of experience consulting and litigation related to employment law, which is his primary working area, together with benefits/pension and data protection law.
Stenbrenden advises employers and employer organizations on a wide range of employment law issues, including employment contracts, incentive schemes, downsizing, transfer of undertakings, hiring-in, posting of workers and collective agreements and disputes. Stenbrenden focuses on employment law litigation and is one of the most used employment law litigators in Norway. He also specialises on whistle blower cases and compliance and has led several large and complex internal investigations for private and public employers.
