Christina Elisabeth Lavold

Christina Lavold is part of the firm's Corporate/M&A team. She holds a master of laws from the University of Oslo, where she specialized in corporate law and tax law.

Lavold works mainly with private M&A and general legal advice within corporate law and contract law. Her work includes assisting both financial and industrial clients throughout all stages of the transaction process, from initial negotiations, to signing and closing. 

Lavold has experience with project management on both buy- and sell-side in complex M&A transactions, including structured sales processes. She has experience within a number of different sectors, including private equity, construction, technology and energy.
