CMS Kluge has had the pleasure to assist Credo Partners with the sale of electrical installation group Konstel Holding AS to Nimlas Group AB controlled by KLAR Partners Limited. We have since 2019 advised Credo Partners and Konstel with 16 add-on acquisitions to build the current group.
Nimlas is present in Sweden, Finland, and Norway through Sandbäckens, QMG, and now Konstel forming a EUR 600 million pan-Nordic installation company.
