Dag Thomas Hansson is an experienced finance lawyer and assists CMS Kluge's clients in negotiating and preparing documentation in connection with a wide range of financing solutions. He has particular expertise in acquisition finance representing investors, borrowers and lenders. In recent years, Hansson has assisted a number of direct lenders with financing of acquisitions in Norway. He has also worked on several project finance deals in the Norwegian market including in connection with infrastructure development and wind farm project development.
