The Renewable Energy Law Review
CMS Kluge, represented by Camilla Grytten, Dag Thomas Hansson, Beate Kathrine Berge, Maria Hurlen and Rebekka Asbjørnsen, have contributed to this year's edition of the Renewable Energy Law Review. The book provides an in-depth overview of the policies, legal structures and state of play in the renewable energy industry globally, offering a wide-ranging guide to the legal frameworks and current status and challenges in structuring, financing and investing in renewable energy projects in key jurisdictions worldwide.
The Norwegian chapter provides a summary of the developments in renewable energy in Norway over the last year, as well as an overview of the relevant regulatory framework for the production, distribution and sale of electricity and district heating, as well as the construction and project financing of different types of power plants. The chapter also gives a brief review of the regulatory developments regarding CCS and hydrogen in Norway.
