Dorthea Valaker is a member of CMS Kluge’s corporate department. She works primarily within the aquaculture sector, assisting clients on issues mainly related to taxation, transfer pricing and transactions/M&A. Valaker also provides advice on aquaculture law and contract law.
Valaker completed her master’s degree in law at the University of Bergen in 2022, with a master’s thesis on employment law. Valaker has also completed several international courses at the Universidad Pontificia Comillas in Madrid, in the fields of private international law, international contract law and competition law.
