Einar Johan Espeland works with a broad array of legal issues related to real estate, such as sale and purchase of real estate companies, closing, business lease agreements, planning and building law and general property law.

Einar Johan has gained a wide and versatile knowledge of transactions related to real estate, both sale and purchase of real estate companies as well as direct property transfers. In addition, he has assisted with closing in relation to such transactions.

Furthermore, Einar Johan has gained a special knowledge with respect to ground lease agreements (Nw: tomtefeste). He has worked with a wide range of issues related to this particular field of real estate law and has assisted both lessees and lessors. Einar Johan has litigated several cases before the courts whereby one of the cases involved the regulation of ground lease for two large properties connected to the oil industry.

From autumn 2010 until autumn 2012 Einar Johan worked as a deputy judge in Jæren District Court in Sandnes, Norway.
