Emma Mohn King started as an Associate at CMS Kluge in 2019, and is now Senior Associate. She works mainly with advice and dispute resolution in contract law, but she also has expertise in general contract law.
Emma has written a master's thesis entitled "Absolute complaint deadlines after unsuccessful remediation attempts". She has taken special subjects in building and construction law and comparative contract law.
