Aadahl works mainly with dispute resolution and counselling within public procurement and contract law.
Aadahl assists both private contractors and public administrations in all phases of procurement; from preparation of tender documents to handling of complaints and lawsuits. Aadahl frequently conducts cases before the courts, as well as before the Norwegian Complaints Board for Public Procurement.
Aadahl advises on contract management in large infrastructure projects, including handling of variations and change orders, as well as remedies for breach of contract. Aadahl has extensive experience with both litigation and mediation in such matters.
