Håkon Skorstad is a Partner in CMS Kluge's Construction team. Skorstad has specialist knowledge and expertise in construction law and dispute resolution. His experience with technical and complex matters, and ability to understand the organization of construction sites and the key factors for execution of works, is highly valued by the clients.
Skorstad’s assistance encompasses all phases from the beginning to the end of a construction project. This includes preparation of tender documents, negotiations and contract management during the construction phase, as well as handovers and disputes. Skorstad’s client portfolio consists of building owners, construction firms and consulting engineers.
Skorstad conducts several courses a year in construction law for both private and public clients.
