We are happy to welcome Kjetil Synsvoll Sangolt, Thea Fürst Tyvold, Håkon Skorstad and Peter Hallsteinsen as new partners in CMS Kluge, effective from the new year. All have a long history with the firm and will strengthen the partnership in the areas of real estate, construction, corporate and litigation.
Kjetil is part of our construction team in Bergen. He specialises in construction law, public procurement and dispute resolution. Kjetil joined the firm as an associate in 2012, and has worked his way up to partner.
Thea is part of our commercial real estate team in Oslo. She has broad expertise in real estate development projects and commercial real estate, with a particular focus on agreements and negotiations related to collaborative projects, transactions, commercial leases, etc. Thea joined us as an associate in 2012, and has also acted a deputy judge in Nordhordland/Bergen District Court.
Peter is part of our corporate team in Oslo. He specialises in litigation and dispute resolution related to board liability, guarantees, loans, investments, claims for damages and disputes between shareholders. Peter joined the firm as an associate in 2012, and has also acted as a deputy judge and acting magistrate at Sandefjord District Court.
Håkon is part of our construction team in Oslo. He specialises in construction law, and assists several of the country's largest players in the building and construction industry. He has extensive experience with contract negotiations, advice and litigation. He joined CMS Kluge in 2011.
