Håvard Berntzen is affiliated with CMS Kluge's Energy, Industry and Climate department. He works with dispute resolution and has particular expertise and experience in cases involving contract law and tort law, and cases at the intersection of these areas. In addition, property law and administrative law are areas in which Berntzen has considerable experience.
Berntzen has conducted a number of disputes before both the district court and the court of appeal. He has also been closely involved in the preparation of two cases before the Supreme Court concerning the “Bori” complex of cases, and has thus acquired special expertise on this issue at the intersection of contract and tort law. He also has considerable experience with disputes as a deputy judge in Oslo District Court.
