Ida Grøstad works in CMS Kluge's department for Employment Law in Oslo. She specialises in counselling, dispute resolution and legal procedure within employment law and privacy law. This includes dismissal and summary dismissal, employment, restructuring and workforce reductions. She also has experience in civil service law, as well as conducting investigations as a result of allegations reported within the workplace.
Grøstad assists both public and private clients and has experience in handling personnel issues on behalf of both the employer and the employee.
